About these terms
These terms apply to enquiries and bookings made with Strangers Together for group trips, private holidays and honeymoons. The specific inclusions, prices and payment schedule for your trip are confirmed in your quote and booking confirmation, which take precedence for that trip.
Quotes and prices
Prices shown on the website are starting prices for the listed hotel tier and are indicative. Final prices depend on travel dates, availability and any changes you request, and are confirmed in writing before you pay. Taxes such as GST and TCS are charged as applicable.
Bookings and payments
A booking is confirmed once the required booking amount is received and acknowledged. Balance payments are due before departure as stated in your confirmation. Seats or rooms are not guaranteed until confirmed.
Travel documents
Travellers are responsible for valid identity documents, passports, visas and any health requirements. We share guidance where we can, but entry decisions rest with the relevant authorities.
Changes on the ground
Itineraries may change because of weather, safety, local conditions or supplier changes. We always aim to offer a comparable alternative.
Conduct on group trips
Group trips work because everyone looks out for each other. The trip captain may ask a traveller to leave a trip for behaviour that puts others at risk.
